Student development will be conducted through relevant and new research based activities that prepare and challenge students for real-world situations and foster their future success. As a result of a collaborative support of the Fuller community, students exhibit responsible citizenship and strong character through positive interactions, productive leadership roles, and academic success. In the future, our school counseling program goals would be evidently achieved as our students become productive leaders in a global society and share with others how their gifts and talents can enhance the environment in their careers and personal life.
The School Counseling program will utilize advocacy and collaboration to implement a comprehensive school counseling program through the use of classroom guidance, small groups, and individual counseling in order to foster growth in the social and emotional, academic, and career development of students. In addition to this, the School Counseling program will provide access to outside resources for all students to further cultivate their social and academic skills to promote career and college readiness. Our hope in the next ten years is that our students will utilize the academic and social skills we have taught them to showcase their talents, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, resolve conflicts, and excel in a college and/or career setting for their future success.
